I lost my dad a few years ago due to mental health, and have only spoken about it to close friends and family. However, I feel the time is right for me to open up about it, and raise awareness. Seeing that I work in the Construction Industry, I have chosen to support The Lighthouse Club.

We provide a 24/7 Construction Industry Helpline which provides free and confidential support services and this is complemented by our free Construction Industry Helpline App which offers expert guidance on a huge variety of wellbeing issues. We also offer free mental health and wellbeing training for the construction community.
