Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  We are fund raising for a new building at Hargreaves Scout camp site, Hainualt Road, Little Heath, Romford, Essex called Hush Inn 2.  The project will be to supply all interior fittings, floor coverings and furniture etc. including drainage. 

The building will provide sleeping accomodation for upto 48 children and adults and will be the sister building to Hush Inn.  Hush Inn was built in 1975 and due to its large popularity and limited capability we need to build another building to accomodate more young people.  The original name of Hush Inn was created because the first fund raising event was a sponsored silence by cub scouts in Ilford East District.

We will be holding monthly fund raising events.   The first event is a Casino night being held on 13 February 2010.  Tickets will be £10 each which includes a buffet and all your chips for the event.  Everybody can learn to play as they go along.  For details of this event contact Laurel on 020 8599 5352.

Donations can also be accepted so please dig deep and donate now.  You may have been a cub scout or scout yourself and know how much pleasure you had from camping.  With the completion of Hush Inn 2 children will be able to camp all year round.
