As some of you may know, we have managed to get places in the London Prudential Ride this year, happening on Sunday 4th August! We will be taking on 46 miles of traffic-free (yay!) roads around London and Surrey! 

This year we are riding for Breast Cancer Care, a wonderful charity helping support cancer victims and their family through a trying time in their lives and we would love your support, both in sponsorship and on the day! 

Anything you can give will be appreciated and in return you’ll get some pictures of me looking incredibly worn out and Kev looking like he’s gone for a stroll in the park, no doubt (and probably a pint in his hand!)  hopefully, both of us, medals in hand!! 

On the day, you’ll be able to track our progress and if you want, cheer us through to the finish line on the Mall! See you there!
