On Friday 13th March (Sport Relief Day) I'll be running just over 29 miles between my work offices in Shrewsbury and Telford.  I'll be starting in Shrewsbury, running to Telford and back to Shrewsbury during my shift.

This is a very personal goal to give something back to two causes which are close to my heart and I'd like to see benefit from the support they deserve. Sport is a massive a part of my life and the mental health services provided by TalkWorks Devon, through the Devon Partnership NHS Trust are something in need of support to continue to provide the wonderful service they do to so many people in their time of need.
