75 years of military occupation have traumatised Palestinian refugee children. Having spent time with friends in Arroub refugee camp in Palestine, we have seen the camp's conditions and lack of access to things that make for a happy, thriving childhood. We have seen something of the psychological impact of a violent military presence making daily incursions into the neighbourhood, and followed the horrors of random arrests on children.
