HWTH Health Awareness Campaign are raising awareness for rare health conditions, invisible illnesses and disabilities. It is our hope to educate the public in hope for their understanding that a rare condition, invisible illnesses and disabilities cannot always by seen by looking at a person. By communicating, we hope that we can change the way people perceive these health conditions, therefore changing the way they think and act.

HWTH Health Awareness Campaign was created in January 2021 by Jessica Heather with the support from her loving husband Wayne Heather. Jessica was diagnosed in December 2020 with two rare health conditions. Behçet's Syndrome - a rare and poorly understood condition that results in inflammation of the blood vessels and tissues.

Once diagnosed, Jessica made it her mission to raise awareness of rare conditions, invisible illnesses and disabilities so that others did not have to feel alone in their suffering.

Raising awareness is very important, but so is giving back to those charities that support those who live with rare conditions, invisible illnesses and disability.
