Enable Ability is an independent charity for the care, welfare and advancement of disabled people living in Portsmouth and surrounding area. It works in partnership with disabled children and adults, their families and carers, to provide a range of quality, professional and confidential services.

Story

A young man with various disabilities (who attends Hampshire Youth Project) including a disabled foot due to a congenital birth defect, is abseiling down the Spinnaker Tower to fundraise for our Project. This is extra brave, for in 4 weeks time he’ll be having an operation to have the foot removed. Please, Portsmouth and Hampshire peeps, if you’re free and in Gunwharf Quays at 2 pm on Sunday, come and show your support.  If you can donate a penny or two - any amount would be very gratefully received.
