Story
On Saturday 31st May we’re heading to the Principality Stadium in Cardiff to take on the Hyrox competition. Callum is competing in the Men’s Open (solo) and then we’re teaming up later in the day for the Mixed Doubles Open.
We’re aiming to raise £1,200 for Macmillan Cancer Support as part of our entry into the event. While fundraising wasn’t our original reason for signing up, supporting such a meaningful cause gives our efforts even more purpose. Macmillan does incredible work helping people through one of the toughest times in their lives, and every donation genuinely makes a difference.
We really appreciate anything you’re able to give, big or small, and thank you so much for getting behind us (and Macmillan) as we take on this challenge. £1200 equates to running the entire Macmillan Support Line phone service for 3hrs.
And if you don’t know what Hyrox is... it combines 8km of running with 8 functional workout stations and leaves most who complete it lying in desperation once they’ve passed the finish line https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=YN-n8t8d2bA
