Theirworld is a global children's charity committed to ending the global education crisis and unleashing the potential of the next generation. Even before the pandemic there were 260 million children out of school across the world. If we take no action, by 2030, 825 million children - half of all young people globally - will not have the most basic skills necessary for life.  We will keep working to ensure that every child to have the best start in life, a safe place to learn and skills for the future. Theirworld also supports the Jennifer Brown Research Lab based at the Edinburgh University and is home to a team of scientists and clinicians working with a unified focus and commitment to solving unanswered questions in perinatal and neonatal medicine. I will be running with my daughter Emily on 28th May. Always remembering Baby Gregor.
