Hi everyone,

The December Daily Dash consists of over 400 volunteers who'll be running 5k-a-day (including Christmas Day!) to raise much-needed funds for the Sue Ryder Foundation. It's an amazing charity who provide much-needed care to cancer patients, most recently including my amazing brother Graham. I appreciate it's a busy and expensive time for everyone but any donations of your hard-earned cash would mean the world to me and the family!
