Me & a few friends will be trekking to the summit of Mount Snowdon on Saturday 17th June 2023 to raise money for the Alzheimer's Society so they can continue their great work. The Alzheimer’s Society has a special place in my heart because of the amazing work we do on a daily basis which helps people live well with dementia.

The Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever. Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, and are able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.
