In 2015, we ran the Cardiff Half-Marathon to raise money for the Children's Heart Federation in memory of our son Joshua. The support we received from our friends, family and colleagues was amazing. However, we decided that we don't want it be a one-off; charities like the CHF need support all the time. We also wanted to do something that honours our son's memory and helping other heart babies and children, as well as their family, we believe would be a fitting tribute to our son. Therefore, we hope you will support us again, to raise money for the Children's Heart Federation.
