Hi all so here's the deal , after a glass or two of red at crmbo , sis says" it's my60th this year", "so you  fancy doing the great north run with  me" ... "Not on my nelly".  I said .... 4 months  later me and Sam entered and now starting  to realise those two glasses of red have a lot to answer  for !!!

So why not give something back ? - me Sam and Dave - (who will be running in a treadmill for the duration of the race in Saudi Arabia -) are very gratefull for all those have and who are serving in our military and likewise my brother Dave who spent 25+ years in the  Narvy sees it as a way of life - and I'm sure is grateful what he has able to accomplish in his life .. that is all thank you
