I will be cycling the 1100 miles between Lands End .England and John O' Groats Scotland from 12th May 2018.

I will have two good friends Andy and Rhys joining me, collectively we make up "Team AIR".

I have done this ride (Scotland down to England ) once before in 2007 following the death of my father to cancer , last year I lost my brother to cancer and decided to attempt it once more in his memory.

A physical and mental challenge with Stunning scenery , and great company. Why would you not do it!

After 4 years, this will be last last year living on Guernsey before returning to the UK, I have done most of  my cycling and training here and want to do something to raise some money that will benefit the local community.

Guernsey Mind are doing some wonderful work on Island to raise awareness and support those who live with the day to day challenges associated to mental illness. Please visit their web site below for more details.
