Hi everyone,

We are undertaking this very challenging event in order to raise much needed funds for the Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance! They provide an  outstanding air ambulance emergency service. Their team of highly trained paramedics and pilots use their knowledge and skill to save lives every day, however they cannot do this without your help!  

A bit about the background of why we are attempting this crazy challenge. We are an organisation called Riders in the Sky (RITS) which is a group of mates who sadly lost a very dear friend of ours in 2010 due to a motorcycle accident. Every year around May we hold an event at the Tor Leisure Centre in Glastonbury, which includes a 'ride out' where anyone with a motorcycle are welcome and also bouncy castles, childrens' entertainment, live music and a whole host of other attractions. To date we have raised around £18000 for the Air Ambulance. So, on the back of this very popular and successful event we have decided to undertake this mammouth challenge. Oh yes and I forgot to mention that I am doing this on a Honda C90!!!!

As far as we are aware no one has managed to compete it!!

So, please dig deep and give whatever you can for this very worthy cause!!
