Story

Henry Gibbon Charity Ride for Marie Curie Cancer Care

Greetings all,

Our Technical & Compliance Manager, Ian Cripps, is taking part in the Henry Gibbon Charity Ride.  He will be part of a team cycling 272 miles for Marie Curie Cancer Care, in memory of Henry Gibbon, who passed away in November 2013.  The Team will be cycling from John O’Groats to Lundin Links in Fife (Henry’s home town) in July 2014.

Ian, who is based on the Fife Victoria Hospital contract, has had 15 hours of his time donated by Cofely GDF SUEZ to this charity event.

The group is hoping to raise £10,000 to support the Marie Curie Nurses in recognition and thanks for the fantastic work they do.

Please consider contributing to the Team’s JustGiving page www.justgiving.com/Ian-Cripps in Memory of Henry and his cousins. The JustGiving page will be updated with all the fundraising and training the group are doing over the coming weeks.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.
