We put PF patient support & research first to give people a better life and a future

Story

Dad was diagnosed with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis 8 years ago. Having originally been told to expect 2 years left of life, here we were almost 8 years later and Dad continued to defy all medical and scientific knowledge. He was the strongest person we knew, and Michael and I couldn't be prouder to call him our Dad.

He was a man of many talents and hobbies, and enjoyed Real Tennis, Boating, Golf, Cars, Classical Music, Dentistry and of course the odd glass of wine, or two!

Dad was loved by many for his infectious personality filled with humour and care. He continued to laugh, joke and keep us all smiling until his very last evening. He lived life to the full and continued playing golf and real tennis every week until just a couple of weeks before he passed. Mum, Michael and I will miss him hugely.
