We do it subconsciously, until we do something that requires a strenuous effort, for example, running or going to the gym, or playing a game of&nbsp;Tennis, Rugby or the like when you find yourself breathless and struggling to capture the oxygen you need.&nbsp; Imagine what it would feel like if every day, every breath required the same effort, regardless of activity&nbsp;and even then you might not capture the oxygen your body needs, which means&nbsp;you are are attached to an oxygen tank.
