I am doing this ride to raise some much needed money for an amazing charity; Marie Curie Cancer Care. The Marie Curie Centre in Woolton, Liverpool, treated and cared for my dear mum, Edna, in 2008, when she had terminal cancer. The treatment and care that she and my family received was nothing short of phenomenal and it is a privilege to do something like this in their name. So please if you can, do donate some cash, not for me and my sob story (this is not the X Factor!) but for an amazing charity that will use the money so well and deserves every penny that it gets.
