As most of you know, in the past I have done the 10k run for the Hospice in the Weald and you have been very generous with your sponsorship. This year I am stepping it up a gear and attempting
The Double:

• The Brighton Marathon this weekend,
• followed by the Hospice 10k run the following week.

If you were able to sponsor me for the Double, I (but especially the Hospice) would be very grateful indeed. I know that we have so many demands on us at present but it is for a very worthy cause.
