Before my accident I had never ridden a bike and was a non-swimmer as I had a phobia of water! Now these activities form two thirds of my rehab!

Why Rome? My wife Rosy took me there as my 60th birthday treat. My chosen route is just over 1000 miles and I've calculated that I should be able to get there in a year if I start pedalling now!
