Frank Wise is an Oxfordshire County Council School that caters for students aged 2-19 yrs with profound and multiple learning disabilities. We believe that all pupils are individuals of equal worth and have the potential to learn and make a unique contribution to their school, family and community.

Story

Hi my name's Ian , I moved to Banbury around 8 years ago, it's become my adopted home. I've met and made some beautiful friends in this town.

A few years back I was a little ilI, since then I've put my head down and worked hard to push myself forward, making sure I always step up.

It's time I did something for others and gave back to the local community who were kind enough to embrace me when I moved here.

Banbury has many great things besides the people who live here , but I have always been amazed by the fantastic work that the Frank wise school do.

There current project is rather huge……They're building a new post sixteen unit (The Griffith’s Centre) for the students aged 16-19yrs who, for the last 8 years, have been housed in porta cabins.

If you feel like you're able to help ,however small, I believe you will be doing a great thing and I will try not to let you down .
