Anyone who knows me also knows how much I don't love running, which is why this is a particular challenge for me on many levels!

Smile Train are an incredible charity who help to transform the lives of children both around the world each day with cleft lip and/ or palate by empowering local medical professionals to provide life transforming surgery at our partner hospitals in more than 70 countries, completely free of charge.
