Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever.Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.

As a family we are looking to raise £600 for the charity and their unwavering commitment to support those impacted by such a devastating illness. We also want to celebrate and recognise the hard work of the carers in MHA Claybourne who continue to support our Mum and their care, professionalism and dedication to her wellbeing.
