On 8 September 2016 I decided to tell of my sexual abuse for the  first time. I have been getting counselling through safety net for some time now. They are based in Cumbria and deal with sexual abuse, rape, and domestic violence in the county. They deal with children as young as three years old and up to as old as eighty........Thank you for your support x
