I am running for the Highland MS therapy centre in Inverness the Lochness Marathon on the 30th of September 2012.

With three months to go the serious build up is starting trying to get my mileage up the tought of running 26miles is still quite a challenging prospect. But I feel that i have come a long way since starting trying to run in January but still long way to go.
