Hi everyone

I very recently attended the funeral of a friend and former colleague who sadly passed away after a long battle with prostate cancer.

Did you know that 1 in 8 men in the UK will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime?

Like so many of you, I have close family members, friends, neighbours and colleagues who have been diagnosed with this awful disease and are currently fighting it with tremendous courage. Some have been fortunate to come through and into remission, whilst others have sadly not.

Therefore, I am taking on the Cycle 300 Miles in June challenge for Prostate Cancer Research to change this and help make a difference to men and their families who have been affected by prostate cancer.
