I've dug out my favourite superhero costume, and am getting on my running shoes to hep support Kent Association for the Blind. I am being their superhero by taking part in this years event to help support people across Kent living with a visual impairment. My fundraising could help pay for an Eye Clinic Liaison Officer to provide essential emotional and practical support within a hospital for a day. And the awareness I will create from running around in my tights could help encourage just one person to get their eyes checked and receive the support they need if they are facing a visual impairment.
