What and why are we doing this?!
We're walking 10k around Bristol the weekend after Ian's 50th Birthday and raising money to help the British Red Cross with all the things they do to help humanity.
Ian: On my 30th I ran the Great North Run for Traidcraft, for my 40th I cycled a century ride for Action Medical Research and now I still want to take part in a big charity event near my 50th birthday, even though dodgy knees and RA won't allow me to undertake a really big distance. This Bristol 10K walk is perfect - the whole family have said they'd like to join me and we're looking forward to walking and talking with all the participants plus raising lots of money together as a team.
