The East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA) uses helicopters to provide emergency medical aid across Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire 24 hours a day seven days a week.

EAAA receives no regular government funding and completely relies on public donations to keep it flying and saving lives across East Anglia.

I'm a 66 years old who is slightly overweight. I hope as the month goes on I will get lighter and the task of 100 press ups a day will get easier.
