The pladis team are embarking on the annual London to Paris Charity cycle for Grocery Aid.

This will be a massive personal challenge to complete the c360km ride over 3 days having recently had major knee surgery giving myself about 6 weeks to train, but am looking forward to the experience,  camaraderie and banter with colleagues and fellow riders.
