We have, somehow, managed to find some "eager" participants in this Springs Hastings Half Marathon on 20th March. This is a huge undertaking for some of the team and we hope in doing so we can raise money and awareness for Shelter.

We're working with them to raise awareness and vital funds to support people who are experiencing homelessness and bad housing. A home is a fundamental human need and a basic moral right, as vital as education or healthcare. But in Britain today, that right is being denied to millions of people whose lives are blighted by homelessness, bad conditions, soaring rents, discrimination and the threat of eviction. As 4,750 people sleep on the streets on any given night and 90,000 households are stuck in unsuitable temporary accommodation, such as homeless hostels, we believe we must contribute to the solution through our products, skills and fundraising. Help us reach our target of £50,000 in our first year to make a difference to the lives of homeless people and those at risk of homelessness. Thank you very much for your support.
