The Hospice is a really special place – making sure care is there when it is needed most.

At iCandy Design, we feel a responsibility to support the community in which many of our clients and staff live – making it a better place for them and their families. Supporting ‘The Countess of Brecknock Hospice’ will benefit the entire community, as the charity adds such a positive contribution to so many lives in the local area.

The Countess of Brecknock Hospice, based in Andover, offers palliative and end-of-life care to patients with cancer and other terminal illnesses. No matter where it is needed—in the inpatient unit, the daycare centre, or the patient's home—exceptional care is provided. 

For them to continue providing care and services at an incredibly high level, voluntary donations are extremely important. The charity is currently looking for donations to invest in two critical areas.

• Replacement and buying of extra syringe drivers. Syringe drivers continuously deliver medicines under the skin, to help manage complex and challenging symptoms at end of life.
• Investing in staff training to enable specialists and bespoke training for the whole team. To support individuals and families prior to and after death with qualified and responsive in-house staff. 

Put simply, if we don't support the Hospice, it won't be there to help when it is needed.
