Every year, Identity Consult choose a Charity of the Year to support via fundraising and raising awareness of the cause. This year we have chosen the Brain Tumour Charity as a cause close to our hearts.

This charity has provided vital support to Claire and her family - an Employee at Identity Consult - following the diagnosis of her daughter Farah back in March 2015 at just 20 months old.

Farah was diagnosed with a malignant Ependymoma Brain Tumour that required an operation, followed by lengthy chemotherapy to prevent its return.

Treatment was anything but kind (albeit necessary), length of time for diagnosis was long and support was crucial, all of which The Brain Tumour Charity strive to improve / provide.

Thankfully, Farah's story is positive with treatment now complete but the effects of the tumour / operation and treatment is still very much ongoing with Farah continuing with the battle to regain her mobility, which will return with time.

On Saturday 30th July, Identity Consult / NORR will Hike Hadrian's Wall in a Day! That's 69 miles in 24 hours! Any donations will be very much appreciated.
