Taking place on Sunday 26th September 2021 and now in it’s 14th year, the Martin House Dragon Boat Race is a unique team-building event and family fun day that helps to support hundreds of children and young people across the region.

ICC is, once again, proud to be fielding a crack team of Dragon Boat racers, ready to take on the competition, the elements and whatever else gets hurled at them throughout the day! We had so much fun over the past few years were back to do it again!.

Each boat needs 8-10 people paddling and a drummer to keep the rhythm. The race takes part over one day and each team will take part in a minimum of 3 races before the fastest team goes through to the semi-final.  As well as the main action taking place on the lake there will be refreshments and a range of activities available throughout the day for the whole family.

We do encourage spectators to come and heckle us!
