Story

We are raising money for Hearing Dogs for Deaf People by doing the 28 Challenge! Every penny I raise will help more hearing dog puppies to be trained, so that one day they can transform a deaf persons life.

We will be knitting a square a day for the whole of February which will be turned into a lovely cosy blanket and will be hand delivered and donated to our local hearing dogs shelter.

About the charity

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People trains dogs to alert deaf people to important and life-saving sounds such as the smoke alarm, alarm clock, intruder alarms and baby monitors. These amazing dogs also help deaf people to leave loneliness behind by providing love, companionship and emotional support.
