I'm running the Ealing half marathon this September to raise money for Soi Dog who are a non profit charity based in Phuket in Thailand. Soi Dog are doing an incredible job improving the life of unwanted dogs and cats in Asia with the goal to create a society without homeless animals, and to end animal cruelty and the dog meat industry. 

Me and our mini dachshund Poppy have been running together since she was a little puppy. It's something we do together which she loves and it brings me a lot of joy to be her running buddy. To raise a small contribution for Soi Dog with your help would mean a lot to me, Poppy and to the vulnerable cats and dogs in Asia.
