The Gift of Water for Schools in Gaza · 13 April 2022

Across Gaza, sources of clean, potable water are extremely scarce. Over 97% of water in Gaza is unfit for human consumption. IDRF is trucking water to 35 schools to help the most vulnerable children.

This Ramadan you can help children drink clean water in Gaza!

The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said:"The
best Sadaqah (charity) is giving water to drink
" (Ahmed)

The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said; “The
best of people are those who are most beneficial to people.”   

$2,500 Provide one school with enough
water for 1 year. The total cost for 15 school / year is $37,500 for one year

Situation:

Across Gaza, sources of clean and safe drinking
water are extremely scarce. The lack of clean and accessible water across Gaza
is rapidly becoming a leading cause of preventable death.
