As Scouts, we believe in preparing young people with skills for life. As Group Scout Leader at 1st Ifold Scout Group, I've decided to apply some of what I've learned and set out on own personal challenge to run my first (and probably only!) marathon.

The Ifold Scout and Guide Group wants to improve the buildings on our site in Foxbridge Lane so I'm raising funds to support this while I run. Having successfully tackled the Micklem Building roof and car park surface, the Scout and Guide Group now plans to build a barn-style building to replace the ramshackle garage and broken patio at the back of the car park. This new building will allow us to run more outdoor activities and have even more fun with our young members.
