Life at Home | Prize Draw

What is the ‘Life at Home Prize Draw’?

With this year’s global focus on Life at Home, here at IKEA Southampton we have decided to give our co-workers a chance to win new products every month to really boost their lives at home. The new products will be displayed in our very own Life at Home area within our communications hallway, displaying the very products that are up for grabs to win every payday.

What are the benefits?

The area shows the vitality and inspiration of our new articles off to all our co-workers (even more so the ones that aren’t sales shop floor based) and gives them the same feelings that our customers receive when they enter the store. Not only are we aiming to boost our co-workers lives at home, we are also aiming to boost co-worker engagement and provide education in our new lines. The products will be accompanied with information on their democratic designs, benefits, style groups and the low-cost with co-worker discount applied.

How does it work?

Co-workers will be informed of the total costs of the new products displayed and how they can win them all for as little as a £2 donation to our partnered charity Barnardo’s. So not only is this designed to boost Life at Home, engagement and education, but also giving us a great incentive to help raise money for charity.

What’s up for grabs?
