I'm going to attempt a sub 30 minutes 5k in February 2022 in aid of Cat's Guidance Rescue. Choose this charity as they are amazing volunteers who go above and beyond to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome/long time foster all cats - yes, that include cats with long term health issues too. And choose this event as it's very fitting with my work. I haven't run since 2015, so this really will be a challenge.
