Let me tell you about my summer fundraising project - walking 100km in August for Dementia UK. 🌞

Dementia UK's advert kept appearing as I scrolled the internet and I thought it would be a nice opportunity to keep up my steps, raise money for a good cause and hopefully keep in touch with friends old and new.

Our Dad, Alan, who died in 2018 had vascular dementia and Mum's amazing job of looking after him was supported by different groups like Dementia UK. Together they attended events and activities with other people suffering from this very challenging condition.
