I'm walking 100 km for Dementia UK

Walk 100K in August · 1 August 2024 to 31 August 2024 ·
This challenge is quite personal to me and my family. Throughout August me, my sisters and my niece will be walking 100k to raise money in support of people and family's coping and living with dementia. This is personal to us as our mum has just been diagnosed with this awful disease. If you can please just give a little, every little helps towards a much bigger cause! Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. We really appreciate you all & your donations.
Dementia UK is the specialist dementia nurse charity. Our nurses, called Admiral Nurses, provide life-changing care to families affected by all forms of dementia, including Alzheimers disease. They help people with dementia stay independent for longer, and support the people caring for them so they have the strength to cope with the bad days, and the energy to enjoy the good days. They have the time to listen and the knowledge to solve problems, helping families take back control when they are struggling.
