Alzheimer's Research UK is a dementia research charity specialising in finding preventions, treatments and a cure for dementia.

After much delay and a season change that will prove challenging, over the next five months I will walk and camp from St Andrews to Rome, if all goes well I will actually reach Monte Cassino which is a bit further.
