Running the Spartan Race on September 1st is a personal challenge I chose to impose on myself and to proof myself I can do it. However, it is not comparable to challenges people with neurological conditions have in their daily life. Those conditions can have simple or spontaneous causes, but then have a huge impact on patients' lives and their families alike.

 

The Brain and Spine Foundation conducts research and provides education and information for people with neurological conditions and their affiliated, giving them a chance for a better life.
