Hiya everyone! 

On the 2nd October I will be running the London Marathon for Alzheimer’s Research, in loving memory of my Nanny Valentine and my Nana Valerie, who sadly passed away from Vascular Dementia and Alzheimers. It is also in memory of my Pop and Grandad, who had to witness their decline because of this horrible disease.

Both of my Nan’s were the most resilient, caring and courageous people I have ever met. They took everything in their stride, whilst still being the most amazing grandparents to me, my siblings and my cousins. Therefore, I am inspired by them to do something so out of my comfort zone, in honour of them both.
