Hi guys! Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page..

On sunday 10th of june I ran the Castle to Castle run; a 10k run that started at Warwick castle and finished at Kenilworth castle. This was my first long distance running event it was a great challenge for me and im proud of myself for running the whole distance in 1.03.22! It took me lots of runs in all weather to train from a couch potato to a 10k runner and despite having the flu just a week before the run I managed to finish it in my target time! :)

I'm raising money for AMMF, a charity that raises awareness about cholangiocarcinoma, (cancer of the bile duct). AMMF also supports research teams to help find causes, methods of early diagnoisis and treatments and provides information on the disease. It would mean alot if every one of my friends on facebook just gave £1, that would get me way over my target (which id love to increase but I've never done this before so I have no idea what to aim for!). This is a great charity and sadly not many people are aware of the devestating effect this disease has. So PLEASE PLEASE be as generous as you can be! :)

Thanks to everyone who has allready donated and to the people who came to watch on the day! lets have a last minute push so I can smash my target and do AMMF proud!
