In the past 21 years, over 21,000 people with epilepsy have died suddenly and died too young. SUDEP Action’s Prevent21 campaign shines a light on this shocking disaster. With a significant change of attitude, culture, and action towards epilepsy - many lives CAN be saved. Knowledge saves lives.

Story

We are running the Leeds Half Marathon again this year on 11th May and will be doing so in memory of Emily Sumaria, with all the money we raise being donated to SUDEP. Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy is a charity devoted to research, raising awareness, and support for those who have been affected.

We'd love you to give whatever you can and we will both be trying to run a sub-2 hour half marathon to improve on last year so any amount you can give will be hugely appreciated!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
