I am running the Cardiff Half Marathon in memory of my nan and anyone that has had or does have this little bugger of a disease.

Now is the time for me to do my bit and help raise money towards such a good cause in trying to find a cure for this illness. Will you join me? Whether it's running the half marathon with me or leaving a little donation.
