Tough Mudder London West (weekend 1) 2018 · 28 April 2018 ·

We are dedicated to improving the quality of life and chances of survival for young cancer patients aged 13-24. We fund and build specialist units in NHS hospitals and provide dedicated staff, bringing young people together so they can be treated by teenage cancer experts in the best place for them.

Story

On the 28th April I’ll be taking on Tough Mudder- a 10 mile mud run with 20 obstacles. Each course contains over 500,000 litres of mud and over 40 tons of ice, plus fire and electric shocks.

I’m fundraising for teenage cancer trust through this event after my own experiences of cancer in 2015 where I was treated at the Royal Marsden on the Teenage Cancer Trust Ward. The charity provides so much hope and opportunity to young people through both its specialist wards and expert care they provide. This charity really does make a difference to young people’s lives and their families when going through cancer and post treatment.

This is like nothing I’ve ever done before and I’m Incredibly excited and nervous, so please donate if you can!
